Even when I could not get the services as expected, they were very accommodating and set up an appointment for a consultation to get the best services for my needs. • The time and care taken with me was exceptional . From the moment I walked in and spoke to Mariela, she was polite. caring and helpful. Then I went back and Luciana took the time to discuss with me what I was looking for and explained on the fill in how we could change if I decided that was what I wanted to do. She took the time to be honest with me and took her time working on my lashes. It was some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I will be going back for my fill ins. It was a positive experience and positive energy from both of them.
