• Jayla explained everything perfectly on the phone when I was scheduling and made sure it was clear how much I would owe if I got certain services and/or upgraded to a more seasoned technician. I went somewhere once where I was shown options of different lash styles but WAS NOT told there was an up charge for rhe style I chose. Jayla AND Alex told me what the price would be and it didn't exceed that amount. Alex (my tech) was very professional, personable, and was VERY fast. Her speed did not take away from the end product/the look one bit. I'm in LOVE with my lashes!! She was able to give me exactly what I was hoping for! Enough so that I signed up for the membership with them and am looking forward to continuing my eyelash extension journey at The Lash Lounge!
