• I had a horrible experience with the lash lounge Brier Creek. I was ready to terminate my membership, and even due to their carelessness they didn't even apologize for their mistake, make me feel like they even valued me as a customer, or even tried to make things right. I was desperate and just gave the Glenwood location a chance and I immediately felt valued, welcomed, and most of all you guys apologized numerous times and made things right on their behalf. No one who is always on time, always shows up to their appointments, referred people, and tips good should be treated the way they did. I guess everything happens for a reason because I am so happy I switched to your location and was treated like I actually meant something. Not to mention my lash artist was SO nice and friendly and did an amazing job!
