• The customer service is amazing and starts as soon as you hit the door when you're greeted by the front desk staff. My Lash Specialist was Keo. Not only does she take pride in making you beautiful She's courteous, knowledgeable and genuine. Lash Lounge Brier Creek is the best location in Raleigh!

• Kau(sp?), my tech was amazing! My usual tech at the other location had an unfortunate loss to deal with so I had to reschedule and travel much further to the BC location. At first, I was a little frustrated at the distance I had to travel during my lunch break but Kau reassured me that I would be well taken care of and she did not disappoint! Her confidence and personality was immediately calming and the results of her work in such a short time, was truly beyond amazing and well worth the extra mileage. I'm very happy with the results. My lashes look great!
