• The wait wasn't long at all, the receptionist at the front desk was very polite and the technician who did my eyebrows was really sweet and professional and listened how I wanted my brows done and did them perfectly

• Location. My lash tech, Kim, did a great job. However, the tech that works across from her would not shut up for 2 hours straight. Her first client only said a few words and they were very short answers. Her second client tried to engage in some of the conversation, but the tech barely let her client talk. It was an awful experience because of her. None of the other lash techs were talking. I was told that she has had complaints about this and that you have talked to her about it. She obviously does not care because she literally talked non-stop for 2 hours. Ugh! I will only make future appts on her days off. Sorry that I don't remember her name, but I'm absolutely sure that you know who I'm talking about.
