• I would have given you a “10” but whenever you run a promo for members, it would be nice to get informed the month beforehand. When I want to upgrade a level, per the promo, my stylist who I already booked with is not able to do that level of service. If I knew ahead of time, I could book with a stylist who can provide that service. Otherwise, i love Lash Lounge as it is always clean and has friendly service!
