• I met with Silva and she was very professional and explained step by step the process. The lounge was decorated very nice. The surroundings of the salon were very attractive. The front staff was very friendly and she was very attentive. I'm looking forward to my eyebrow process with Silva.

• Front desk was very responsive. I called a few times, but the call would not connect. (Nothing on you guys, probably just poor service on my end.) But I received a call back immediately and all of my questions were answered, the receptionist was warm and inviting, and booking was simple. (I booked over the phone but will definitely use online booking for the future.) Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and seen promptly by Katie. I love that Katie actually consulted me on my brows before getting the service started. She asked if I had any concerns and I let her know that with trying to find the right person to care for my brows, I don't feel that the ends are ever as crisp as I would like. She explained to me that one brow was a little more sparse than the other and advised me to use castor oil. She still gave me as close to the look I wanted as possible without compromising my brows and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend her to anyone and I am definitely requesting her specifically for future brow threading appointments.
