• First and foremost, Mysti is one of the best managers I've met in many many years. She has very high quality customer relations skills and she is a problem solver. I have had a few issues in the past with lash artists but it was how she addressed and handled those issues that gave me great comfort and trust. She is efficient and lovely. If it wasn't for Mysti and her leadership, I probably wouldn't be a customer based on the lashes alone. Natalie was a brilliant artist but she moved away. Kim is the next best thing.
