• Everything was great; customer service, clear explanations, treated with respect, friendliness and humor. The facility was clean and inviting. The price was high for me but totally in line with any competition. I gave a 9 out of 10 because there is always room for improvement. Just not sure what that would be. 😁

• Everyone was great! Tracy did an excellent job and was very gentle. I should have done my research better before going about what I wanted, but that's my fault. Next time I would choose a classic lash probably over a hybrid. Or maybe try a lash lift & tint for a more natural look! But the hybrid lashes came out beautiful still, so if that's what you're looking for Tracy does a great job 👍🏻
