The booking process was easy and the receptionist was very informative and responded via text in a timely manner. There was a great online special for first time clients like myself. I felt welcomed when I arrived. Most employees were wearing masks; my lash tech was not but I kindly asked her to and she was more than happy to put a mask on during our session (if I had one critique it would be the mask policy and for it to be required for all employees and clients). My lash tech was kind and professional, listened to my requests. The facilities was clean. Totally happy with the end results! Will definitely be returning to The Lash Lounge and recommending to friends.
