I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The bed where I got the service was so comfy! A blanket and headphones were optional which I loved! A podcast or music is always a plus when you're laying down for a while. I got collagen eye pads during my service and could feel my eye shape being mapped out and assuming sized for the correct lashes because they came out flawless! I love my lashes and the Lash Lounge. I couldn't have had a better experience!
