• I'd specifically asked Chloe if my lower lashes would be tinted separately.  She assured me they would be tinted.  They were not tinted before I closed my eyes, so only received tint through the top lashes.  I'd thought it was enough, but really not.  Would also be helpful to provide clients with a magnifying mirror to see the completed job.  Thanks.  I'll try you all again, though.
