• Katy Ann is very good at what she does and she's great at explaining everything to you. I've tried a couple new things at the Lash Lounge and I've been very happy with results. Also, I don't recall the gal that works at your front desk, but she's very good too and very accommodating. You could probably look the day of my appointment on who was working the front desk.
