• I was 2 minutes late to the Allen location. They said my appt. was cancelled cuz I was late. I begged them because I had to catch a flight. They were very cold and rude. So, I got in the car and called the Plano location. They were so warm and sweet, and totally wanted to help! They told me to drive right over and they would get me with someone. And, she did an awesome job!! I am just so grateful at how they tried to help me! And, they did! Im coming to this location from now on!
