I went to the Lakewood location and one of the stylists basically burned my eyes with the lash tint, I gave lash lounge another try at this location and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and the process was super easy and didn't hurt or burn my eyes at all. I actually almost fell asleep this time. Also I think she was perfect at gauging if I wanted to talk or not, it was nice not feeling like I had to hold a conversation when I may have not wanted to
