• I was originally terrified to try lashes again after a bad experience at another place that resulted in most of my eyelashes falling out. I came in to The Lash Lounge with a million questions that Shelby all patiently answered. She explained every step of how and why she chose the perfect lash length and thickness for my eyes, and took time after my appointment to explain how to best take care of my lashes between visits. My lashes literally look the best they ever have, and I feel totally comfortable knowing Shelby's high quality work has kept my natural lashes safe and healthy. She's incredible, and so are my lashes! :)
