• I enjoyed the online scheduling, packaged pricing/ offerings, general ambiance (quiet, relaxing, soothing/ exclusive music), the intake of my lash preferences, temperature-controlled environment, the transparent/ automatic payment, and my technician's understanding in/the application of my lashes to the best of her ability despite my rapid eye / brow movement. It would be great if my lashes could be of a different material and/or glue--not sure what the difference between synthetic/ mink is but I get the sense that mink lashes are lighter and fluffier; and the glue causes the lashes to stay on longer, be less resistant to rotating? Overall, great experience and thank you.
