• Easy booking, friendly technician. I've had other technicians cancel on me, at the lash lounge, I know I can get an appointment when I need one.

• There is always room for improvement. With that said, trouble with appointments and at times no one being there to open for 10:00 appointments. My Tech has been there but the door was locked.
