The friendliness of the front desk staff, the knowledge and experience of the stylists. The stylist, Tabitha provided an excellent experience, I expressed what I was looking for and she delivered. She communicated with me what she was doing and explained she needed to remove more lashes than usual to provide a quality long lasting set. Tabitha also provided at home care tips and offered to assess at home routine at the next visit. Happy to have made the decision to exchange locations.
