• I get my lashes done by Christina and it’s always a great experience. I did have an uncomfortable experience one time with a front desk person. She immediately struck me as unusually unfriendly, when I came in, considering she is there to greet clients. She never took her eyes off the computer to make eye contact with me. I told her I had an appointment with Christina. She didn’t ask me my name and went back to Christina’s station to let her know I was there. I was questioning myself because I felt she was rude and wondered if I had done something. The woman whose name I believe is Ana, came back to tell Christina that her booked client had arrived and my appointment was on another day. As you can imagine, I was horrified. The client was 15 minutes late and Christina was already doing my lashes so she told Anna to tell the client she needed to reschedule. Anna disagreed with Christina about the late policy and was very indignant. It was very uncomfortable and I feel if I were her, I would have tabled the discussion until later and just dealt with the situation at hand. I felt terrible about causing a problem, but Anna was inappropriate. When I was leaving, she was very curt with me and said, “hold on, I need to make sure we have your card on file…. Ok. “ That was the only time anyone had ever said that to me. Frankly, Ana doesn’t strike me as someone who should be in the customer service industry.
