  • Christina gets a 10. She is exceptionally good at what she does. I do think the price for the subscription is too high and the stylists should be paid more. I did some research bc I noticed that there seemed to be high turnover with stylists and I realized that most people doing lashes make a fraction of what they bring in. So I want to know where all that other money is going? I think if the business could be co-owned by loyal, exceptional employees (Zachary's has this model) then you'd have less turnover. If Christina and Ellie were not there, I would probably cancel my membership. Chrissy (office manager) is also amazing. These people are why I give the LL a 10. The price (relative to what the workers actually receive) is a 2. Disappointing and I'm considering going elsewhere bc I think people are not being paid appropriately for their work. (BTW, no one has shared what they make with me. I did my own research bc it's a chain and not owned by the workers, and I usually don't go to chains.)

  • My lash person was extremely helpful. I was not sure what I wanted and she was very patient, explaining to me the shape of my eyes and face and the lashes the wound complimented my face.
