Lash technicians explain types of extensions and features of them and the process thoroughly. They are very kind and patient. They offered me water and a warm blanket. My lashes lasted a long time. Young woman at the front desk is very friendly and tries to accommodate my schedule.

Christina did a great job on my lashes. They're thick and long and have great balance. We went with the 'hybrid' look. The space was lovely and calm. The receptionist was great.
