The staff was very pleasant and easy to talk too and worked around my busy schedule. I don't necessarily agree with the prices it's not affordable for long term. I got the hybrid dramatic and I still feel like it's not full enough it's cute but it's not what I imaged and what other shops offer but for a lesser price
