• Sofia was honest and professional. I went to the lash lounge for a hybrid fill after having my lashes done at another salon. They fell out almost immediately. Sofia noticed they'd been applied incorrectly. She removed the remaining extensions and suggested I wait a couple of weeks until my real lashes were stronger. She could have applied the fill without telling me but her honesty was so refreshing and unselfish.
