The technician was extremely kind and welcoming, as was the front desk person. It was my first time and they both were very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. She was also patient with me and my many questions lol. Also, the shop itself was top tier... clean, beautifully set up, perfect relaxing atmosphere and amenities. I'd definitely recommend and I also became a member asap because I absolutely loved everything about my experience!
