Because of the safety measures and cleanliness of the spa. The entire staff is always pleasant and respectful. The owner was approachable and so very sweet as well as knowledgeable in regards to lashes. Now Nicole, that's my lash girl, she is the bomb..,😘

From the moment I came in (and was 10 minutes late for my appointment) the comfort level and the cleanliness was astounding. The staff was very welcoming and informative. Nicole did my lashes and they are beautiful!! She is wonderful and such a sweet girl. I have been here in New Orleans for a week doing humanitarian work after hurricane Laura (I live in Michigan) and seriously have not felt more relaxed since my arrival, as I was while Nicole did my lashes! I already have recommended the Lash Lounge to alot of my new friends I have met here !
