I've never had my lashes done before and I was really nervous at first. I was greeted very nicely and my stylist assured me of what I chose. She was very helpful with answering my questions and she sang songs and put me to sleep a few times! Very relaxing. I'll be back in two weeks and might go a little more dramatic!

I felt the overall service experience was wonderful and professional. This was my second time getting lashes, first time from The Lash Lounge and I'm still not 100% sure this is the outcome I'm looking for. But bcuz I like the sevice so much, I will continue to go and just ask for the technician to make some adjustments.

I would definitely recommend the Lash Lounge because not only are they awesome with doing lashes and you can't beat their membership packages but they are always very accommodating to me & my needs! I highly recommend Alexis for your lashes! She's awesome but everyone there is really good & cant go wrong with The Lash Lounge in MidCity!
