Lash Lounge was clean, answered questions before I could even ask them, kind and very understanding of my issues that I had with a previous lash install just over a week ago in Atlanta. They just didn't survive Jazz Fest. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and the lashes themselves are comfortable and look very natural and don't itch and didn't burn when they were first installed.
