The ladies at lash lounge are dedicated to making their clients, whether they are new or established, happy with the gift of not only beautiful lashes but properly done healthy lash extensions. Those two things are hard to find together and I'm happy to say that I can trust that I will be taken care of in this salon no matter who works on me or what problem may need addressing. I can't say enough good things and Ali was very talented with fixing the issue that I had unexpectedly crop up. The front of the house staff was gracious and efficient in helping me change appointments when I needed through their text messaging system which btw, is another example of one of the ways this salon has figured out how to go above and beyond for their clients to have an easy and seamless lash experience. This is THE salon for ladies who expect nothing less than the best.
