The business was clean, the intake person was professional and represented the business well with her appearance and lashes... it was welcoming.. the stylist was professional explained the process, didn't assume, showed me what I was getting and gave great results.. the process was within a decent time frame.. starting on time... overall experience was great... I wish I could've brought me a blanket I was snoring
