I responded with a 10 because Eve always does a great job on my lashes and she's always friendly & professional. Also, the young lady with the dark hair that was working the front desk was probably the best front desk employee I've dealt with since I started coming to Lash Lounge. She should really train the front desk attendant that was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional & rude to me on
