• My lash tech Cara is always on point... I would recommend her to ANYONE! that being said she is a human like everyone else and I wish you guys would pay her a higher wage to train her techniques to others. Everytime she takes pto I start evaluating if the 45 drive is worth it cause I have seen 3 other lash techs and no one does as good of a job. Zoe grabs the natural eyelash holds it and then grabs the false to attach ... literally her hand was weighted on my head the entire session. It was miserable... my neck hurt. Cara gets the false and then attaches, no weight at all! Chelsea glued my lashes to my face, it was an entire ordeal to open my eyes! I love your place but seriously Cara needs to be helping train the other techs cause I absolutely 💯 rethink my membership everytime I get stuck with someone else! Also The techs I'm critical of are super nice, welcoming ect... they just are not as skilled!
