• The customer service is absolutely phenomenal at lash lounge from the time you call, to the time you enter, and to the time you leave. I am always greeted by name and always thanked for being a member. All of the ladies at the front are so genuine, engaging, and easy to work with when booking and checking out products. Sandra is 100% my person. Not only is she the absolute best esthetician I have EVER worked with in my life but she is so relatable, and My eyelashes could EASILY last three weeks and still look great but I continue to come in every two weeks because of the great service and relaxing experience provided.
