I was a walk-in but they made me feel as comfortable as a regular with an appointment and took care of my eyebrows. The bench was very comfortable and the lash technician (I'm sorry I don't know the best title to use!) was quick but methodological and very pleasant to work with. The tech had beautiful orange sunset hair. I'll be coming back for sure when I have time for more than a brow thread!
