Through process. Asked what I wanted and explained everything about it down to the lash size and placement. After one eye was done my technician, Alexa (awesome) asked me to look and give feedback WOW. I had lashes done somewhere else previously and I wasn't asked a thing. No choices, lashes done and I looked like I had spiders on my eyes. This place is great

The stylists truly know their jobs, they create beautiful lashes that maintain great retention, they provide the consumer with a relaxing, discomfort free experience and they are warm and personable! My stylist, Katharine, is an artist with a wealth of knowledge about her craft! When Katharine was too booked to see me on short notice, Melanie did my lashes and the end result was beautiful! A gorgeous salon that's impeccably clean and that has great stylists too - who could ask for anything more!
