I think the service was very good. There is a new manager very sweet and accommodating. She also has beautiful eyes! Good example of long lovely lashes!I my stylist, Latha, was wonderful! I had my lashes lifted and I had to have my eyes covered but she sat w me the entire time. I checked :) made me feel better bc sometimes it can get itchy. She fixed me up asap whenever or whatever I asked for! And I have to say whoever the young woman is who answers the phones, she is quite the exception in the very BEST way. She will tell you that she is going to put you on hold and she will actually come right back to you if she takes more than a minute of time. That's just doesn't happen anymore.She is exceptional on the phone. And I'm sure In person as well!
