Although you made it right by comping my visit it was still a series of mishaps. I will come back but I won't make appts in advance until I see the stylist more then once. When you know that someone has left who works on a Sunday we should be able to keep our appt date even if it's with someone new. I made my original appt. After services and several weeks later I'm no longer in the book or to called to see if I want to be moved to someone else.

Crystal was very helpful, answered all my questions, seemed very nice thank you eased all my tensions because it was my first time. My eyelashes look great!
