• The experience from the beginning to the end was very good. The staff are very friendly knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Three things to consider: 1. Technicians phones being on vibrate during services. I found it a bit disruptive when my technician stopped a few times to answer her phone. I was not able to maintain my mode of relaxation due to the disturbances of the phone ringing and, though the conversations were brief it was a bit disruptive 2. A patch test is done on sensitive clients. Despite being told that the glue was hypoallergenic, I starting experiencing itching, I swelling, and blurred vision the next morning. I am traveling tomorrow and If it doesn't settle down, I will have to remove them when I am in Barbados. 3. Consideration should also be give to the fact that the surfaces of phones carry a lot of germs this creating the perfect scenario for cross-contamination.
