• Because I was referred by a friend who loved your service, I LOVED THE SERVICE AND MARIA WAS GREAT ... however there's was an Employee in the back with long black ponytail... who talked so loud... you could hear her whole "DRAMATIC" conversation... it would have been nice if she ever stopped but the entire time I was there, trying to relax and ENJOY the experience she never stopped talking .... and when I was finishing she came from the back and continued to talk ... she was on the phone and using her wireless earbuds, and her Convo was not conducive to what someone should hear at a relaxing business... if you get my meaning, I wish she had not been there so I could have enjoyed my service... I hope you do something about her because I won't refer anyone until that situation is fixed... I gave a 9 but that's because of Maria and the receptionist... the girl really made it a 6!
