• I had a very pleasant experience with Katalina. She is so gentle and she gave me exactly the look that I wanted. She took her time to ask me questions at the beginning and explained how things would go and I was very impressed with the outcome. • it's not a 10 because it's always SO cold in your building! it's uncomfortably cold.
