• I was asked to switch appointment times. I agreed. I shouldn't have because my oncology appointment ran overtime. I called beforey 12:30 pm appointment to see if I could come at 1:30. I was told my stylist was booked. I tried to make it within the 20 min. grace period, but could not. Although I called before the grace period end to let them know I was on the way, I was still chargifor the visit. It was a cancer appointment.. it was medical. I was basically punished for trying to accommodate a change. I won't do that again. The 9/10 is for the stylist. She's great.
