• I went in and was not satisfied and Amanda was so sweet took care of the issue and got it corrected asap. I walked out the 2nd time very happy I love my lashes and am getting so many compliments

• Always flexible with me if my stylist is out they'll find me another stylist quickly. If you really need to get in and want a certain date and if they're full on that date they can let you know if an opening comes up or a customer canceled for that date. That's happened to me and they got me in with someone else, and same day! All stylists are good here.
