• Every staff is extremely kind and understanding. The temperature is nice, I love the option of mink eyelashes, some places don't offer that. The colored eyelashes are nice too. No one tries to upsell me unless I ask about it, I'm also able to book months in advance. Love this place, have already recommended it to multiple people

• Amber is AMAZING! She listened to how my previous lashes would fall out so easily, and gave me some extra bonding. My lashes had SO much retention that I didn't even get charged for a full refill. The Lash Lounge eyelash cleaner also helped immensely. I signed up as a member right away simply because of how awesome and honest Amber is!
