• The location: so many cute shops and retainers, and it's easy to get to with a parking garage underneath. The atmosphere: it's always clean, always looks cute, always smells nice. The staff: you're always greeted by friendly and helpful people. The last techs: I get exactly what I want every single time, never disappointed, and very often able to book last-minute appointments when there's an "aesthetic emergency."

• Erica took great care of me on short notice after I arrived from another state where I had had extensions applied for my very first time from another business. After two days, I developed a horrible allergy and had to have them removed. She did a very very good job in a tough situation. I highly recommend her. She was so gentle.
