• Nice experience, not a 10 because the tech didn't introduce herself, I have no idea what her name was. I wasn't asked to sign anything as a first time client and the confirmation text asked me to come in 5 min early to do so. Would have been nice if she talked through the process of everything/explain what she was doing. I had to ask about after care or she was just going to send me on my way. consider training the techs on how to check someone out, odd that they have zero idea how to collect payment and let money walk out the door then send a link days later to pay, just not the most professional or elevated way to go about things but just my opinion as a client. Brows turned out great.
