• The entire process was seamless, professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed the attention to detail, from the appointment confirmation and text updates/reminders, the welcome, the decor to the warm blanket offered during the lash application. My lash technician (Brittney) listened to my questions and delivered a beautiful set of lashes. Brittney was patient and very easy to talk to. She asked me if I was comfortable every step of the way. Admittedly, I was nervous about the process, but she assured me that I would be very satisfied and she was so right. I also received follow up messages to confirm that I am satisfied with the service and to reach out with any concerns/feedback. Well done Lash Lounge and staff.
