Not only were they very accommodating with fitting me in for a Saturday appointment; my stylist, Da' jua, did an amazing job. She ALWAYS does a great job. The customer service is wonderful from everyone! From start to finish I feel very welcomed and relaxed. The staff is very polite. The atmosphere is both aesthetically pleasant and comfortable. The manager, Angie, has reached out on a few occasions just to make sure that my visit went well. She always ask how I'm doing whenever she sees me. I like that she is personable. Elle is so nice, and also patient. I have to travel about 30 mins from Madison to south Huntsville for my appointments every 2 weeks, but because of the way I'm greeted and treated, I don't mind making the trip. This is why I chose this score. This team deserves a 10!
