My technician was very nice and professional, and seemed very competent. The front desk personnel were very nice and welcoming and gracious as well. The room was pleasant with pleasant music, which was very relaxing. If anything maybe the decor in the room would be a little nicer it looked a little stark and clinical That would be my only suggestion.
