The lash stylist and front desk receptionist handled a situation where a customer, myself, was very upset with grace and professionalism. Together they completely defused the situation and helped me be able to end my appt as a happy customer, rather than an irate one. I am still very impressed with how they handled everything.

Lash beds are comfortable. My stylist was efficient and she gave me exactly what I asked for. My husband loves them and he's not a fan of lashes so that's saying a lot.
