The front desk staff were super helpful to book my friend and I together. My technician was stellar, informative and friendly. If I lived near there I would get a membership based off my experience alone but I don't live near one. We were visiting town and everyone we spoke to was so friendly and helping us navigate Houston. We noticed a lot of lash salons in the area so my girlfriend and I decided to try out a lift for the first time each since we had some time and I loved it!! However it was the customer service that made the visit stand out!
