• I was greeted with a smile and I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. I appreciate the gentleness of the cosmetician, as she carefully applied the tinting agent to my eyebrows and my eyelashes. She trimmed some eyebrow hairs before tinting so they were neat and had no stray hairs. She rinsed the tinting agent from my eyelashes until I felt no irritation. I'm really pleased with how youthful my eyes and eyebrows appear. I don't need to use brow liner to cover white hairs (until they grow more) or coat my lashes with mascara (no more dark smears around my eyes!). Thank you to each of you, as you made my experience so pleasant! This was my third or fourth appointment. Each time has been similarly pleasant and satisfying.
